Good to Know

Your booked hours are your event hours. Setup and teardown happen inside the block you reserve, so remember to build them into your timeline.

Tables and chairs are included at no extra cost.

Add-ons:

  • Linens are available at $25 each

  • Propane heaters are $30 each if you want the patio toasty

  • Our restored Victorian and outdoor space can comfortably host gatherings of up to 50 guests (with room for a few more upon request).

  • Two hours in winter, three in summer, plus the $200 cleaning fee. Most events land in the six-hour package, but we’re happy to work with you if you need something different. Just ask!

  • Yep, your booked hours cover everything from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

  • Definitely! We’re happy to accommodate events up to 12 hours. And if you’re planning an event that runs over several days, like a wedding weekend, we can personalize pricing.

  • Absolutely! Our (absolutely beautiful) kitchen is yours to use.

    Want it handled instead? We can recommend excellent caterers.

  • Yep! There’s no bartender requirement, no minimum, and no corkage fee.

    The exception is events open to the general public, not an invited guest list. That sort of thing require a licensed bartender and City of Reno approval, which is a different process.

  • We ask for a 50% deposit of the total booking to lock in your spot.

  • The deposit is non-refundable at any time if the event is canceled.

  • We can keep a good thing going! Overtime is $200/hour.
